With experience as both a litigator and an estate planning attorney, Davina Lewis brings a unique combination of valuable skills to Hirsch Law.

Davina started her legal career as a litigator at a large New York law firm, where she was involved in all aspects of complex business litigation. She also represented pro bono clients in immigration and education matters. Immediately prior to joining Hirsch Law, Davina spent four years practicing in the field of Estate Planning and Administration at Kaiser Law Group. She worked with clients and their families preparing wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and other estate planning documents. She also assisted in estate administration, including preparing probate filings as well as estate and gift tax returns.

While in law school, Davina was the Note & Comment editor of the Insurance Law Journal and a recipient of the Herbert Barall Family Law Award.

Davina lives in the suburbs of Boston with her husband and three children. She is a member of the Greater Boston Fiduciary Inn of Court and the Boston Estate Planning Council. She has volunteered for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Boston Children’s Hospital Fund.
